Get ready for the new school year!

Students entering the 7th grade are required to show proof of the T-DAP Booster and Varicella shots prior to the beginning of the school year.

NEW students who are registering in the MUSD are required to provide proof of immunizations listed on the flyer.

If your child is missing any required immunizations, please contact your child’s physician.
