Menifee Union School District participates in the National School Lunch & Breakfast Program. In an effort to help stop the spread of COVID-19, while continuing our commitment to online applications and going Green; we are strongly encouraging families to apply for the Free & Reduced-Price Meal Program online at: www.menifeeschoolmeals.com
Complete ONE Meal Application for all of the children in the household enrolled in Menifee Union School District. If you have a child in another district you will also need to complete a Meal Application for that child’s district.

You must re-apply every School Year. Even if your child was qualified for the Program last School Year, a new Meal Application must be Submitted, Processed and Approved on or before September 25, 2020.
A portion of Public School District, California State funding is dependent on the percentage of
students approved for the Free & Reduced-Price Meal Program. The higher the percentage of students qualified and approved for the program the more potential funding the school district can receive. This means more funding being allocated for your child’s education.
All student’s determination of qualification of benefits; whether it has been determined that a student qualifies for the Free & Reduced-Price Meal Program based on the application processed or information obtained by the State of California, are confidential. We do not overtly identify students who have been approved nor denied for the Free & Reduced-Price Meal Program.
Meals are required to meet the most current federal nutritional standards. MUSD Nutrition Services ensures that all meals served to our students meet the most updated nutritional guidelines and standards to best service our students, providing them with the proper nutrition.
Meal eligibility benefits from the 19/20 School Year will expire on 9/25/2020. Submit your new Meal Application today. If you have received a DIRECT CERTIFICATION LETTER for the 20/21 SY, you do not need to complete the Meal Application for this School Year.
Use the Barcode/Student ID# on the backside of this form to obtain your Grab & Go Meals until you receive your new 20/21 SY Meal Program Benefits/Determination Letter.
